Via Ferrata of Tournoux
Meeting :
Appointment according to your place of residence.
Via ferrata were used during the First World War in the Dolomites to travel through rock faces. They have now become more peaceful and offer people the opportunity to evolve easily in the vertical world, as here under the Oréac plateau in Puy Saint Vincent. A short steep passage at the beginning allows you to climb towards the plateau from where the panorama is exceptional over the whole valley.
Programm
– Ascent to Puy Saint Vincent at the Col de la Pousterle by car at the beginning of the trail.
– A few minutes of trail are necessary to reach the departure of the Via Ferrata which goes up the cliff of La Rochaille.
– Descent in half an hour through the larch woods of La Pousterle to find our vehicles. End of the activity.
